Same fps in 1080p high as 720p low

Hi,

Recently I have been playing Player Unknown's battlegrounds. A few months ago I could get 40 - 60 fps on high in 1080p. Recently it has dropped to 20 - 30 and won't go above 30. My system isn't very high end, but even if i switch to 720p with very low on all settings, in game fps is around 25. If anyone could help me it would be very appreciated. Thanks.

My system:
Gpu: gtx 1050ti
CPU: i5 6500
Motherboard: h110m - s2h
RAM: gskill - 8gb

I just checked them.
In lobby: gpu is 67min 69max and cpu is 86-93
In game: gpu is 50 and cpu 86-93

Will a keyboard cleaning brush do or does it have to be compressed air? Thanks

Sorry for the late reply, I had dinner.

I gave the pc a good dusting.
And the temperature has gone down to 44...44 in lobby! Max 50-60 in game and 36 normal.
I also tweaked some settings and my fps is now min 50 max 96!
