Cant push my gpu into the pciex16

I ve got an 1050ti and it should fit into my mobo but only one of it's side fit , the other (where the shorter connector is ) simply dont fit and I cannot use the screw to fix it

Any idea?

Is this a homemade PC? Has there been a GPU in it previously?

The bottom of the back-edge-plate has tabs that have to go down between the motherboard and the case. If the motherboard is pushed VERY tightly against the back of the case, that space can be too narrow.
