Im trying to find a good looking compatible red motherboard

Your i5 3570 require 1155 socket motherboard. However, it is considered obsolete so the choice is very limited and maybe expensive for new red one. Your best bet is try to find a good deal on used one on ebay or any cheap 1155 mobo. Here is a link to newegg but I don't see a red 1155 mobo
