GPU completely fine but doesn't work sometimes

Hi,
I just recently put a MSI RX 480 6gb on to my tower and it was working fine for the first week and today I turned my power on and nothing popped up to my monitor and the GPU cooler was not working but when I put the GPU back on to the slot, it works. Can someone tell me what's wrong with it? Could it be because of low battery on the motherboard?

Sounds like a possible power issue. What is the make/model of your power supply (PSU)?

No, this is not a symptom of a low battery on the motherboard. When that happens, the clock usually resets itself.

So I’m using corsair cx 750m and my build is like this:
CPU: FX 8350
Motherboard: MSI 990FX gaming
GPU: MSI RX 480 6gb
I had GTX 960 for almost a year. My computer worked for 2 weeks even after I put RX 480. I have changed the slots for my GPU and I have changed the slots for PCIE cable it worked a few times today but now it won’t run at all
