No way to say for sure. Your first issue is it must operate on the correct radio frequencies to match the ISP you need to use it on. Lately devices support large numbers of radio bands so it might work. Then more importantly the ISP would need to allow the device. Many times this is not a technical limitation they may want to try to force you to buy equipment from them.
