Gpu turn fan turns on for like 3 sec then turns off and won’t go to bios

My gpus won’t work idk why maybe I messed with it while opening it and now the fan turns on then off and it wont even have the option to go to bios it just takes me straight to my login plz help really don’t want to find out that this is messed up

Which GPU which motherboard
and if the PC is working fine then there is no issue with the GPU
and as for the Fans i have Asus Strix 1060 and fans for these GPU only spins for few sec when booting and then off and stays like that till the GPU temp goes above 60'C

I have a GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Mini ITX and Asus MAXIMUS VIII HERO LGA1151/ Intel Z170/ DDR4/ 3-Way CrossFireX & Quad SLI/ SATA3&USB3.1/ M.2&SATA Express/ A&GbE/ ATX Motherboard.
