Suggest me a rig to build with Intel i5 4690.

Can anyone suggest me a PC build with i5 4690 & GTX 1050 Mini (2GB) for home, gaming & AutoCAD 2D Drawings? Suggest me a good and cheap build. I'm going to use second hand parts. My budget is around INR30000 to INR35000.

Why do you want to use an i5 4690? Do you have one lying around or an Incredible deal? It still uses DDR3 and when you want to upgrade your CPU you will not just have to buy a new board and cpu but also new ram. I would suggest taking a look at the i3 8100. That cpu brings insane performance, has 4C4T and is around 120$.
