Hey,

I recently upgraded my unit with a new CPU and Mobo. Below are the new specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x
Mobo: MSI Mortar b350
GPU: MSI Armor GTX 1060 6gb (Not upgraded, used to work with my amd fx8320e+sabertooth 990fx)
*Running on W7 64bit
After upgrading, the GPU cannot be detected. Listed are the things I've tried to solve the issue:
1. Re-installing NVIDIA Graphics drivers
2. Using the device manager to disable the GPU, hard shutdown, and open
3. Uninstalling the drivers from the device manager and restarting
4. Manually uninstalling the GPU drivers from the control panel
5. Removing and putting back the power pins of the gpu
6. removing and putting back the gpu to the mother board

Some important notes:
-The monitor is connected to the DVI slot of the GPU
-Is it possible that my GPU is broken/dead already?
-Ryzen does not have an onboard integrated graphics (based from threads i've read), there was a fix where I should go to the bios and set the default display to PCIe instead of onboard, but i cannot find it in the msi bios
-I do not have another PC to test if the GPU is working in a different unit
-When the PC is freshly opened (shutdown properly, and opened again), the fans of the GPU works from boot start until startup and stops on desktop display. But if restart is done, the fans are not working on boot.
-The device status in the device manager: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

I am sorry if this is a duplicate, but the solved threads I've found does not work for me.
Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

There's actually a display but when I check in dxdiag or msi afterburner, the GPU is not there
