Hello there! Sorry for the long post, but I’ve detailed everything I did :)
And sorry for spelling mistakes too!

I’ve been looking trough forums for the most of my evening now, to solve my problem.
My computer was working 9 hours ago, I turned it off, did some stuff, came back and I unplugged the power cord, and all other cables as I was going to clean my fans and filters. I unscrewed my Corsair Hydro H45 because it was dusty, dusted it off and screwed it and the other fans back on.

Now I plugged in the cables etc, and it began an infinite restart loop, when I powered it on, it stayed on for 1-2 second and then shutting down, for 3 seconds. I fixed this with a cmos clear, by removing the battery for 5 minutes and then let it sit for 5 minutes before plugging in the power cord.

After the trouble there, it turns everything on, I can hear my HD’s starting up, fans and leds are on, there is just no post at all..
Then I unplugged it again, opened it up, and removing all cables from mobo, removed gpu, ram m.2 and ssd, plugged everything back as it was, including reseating rams and cpu, while following the manual mobo manual, to make sure I did everything 100% correct, same result, no post.

I then tried with my rams put in as single (I have 2x8gb), I tried both.
Then I tried to unplug the cpu power cord from the mobo, and the result is the same as with it plugged in

Then I started searching here, and found:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-s...
And i’ve followed the guide, step by step.
Still no post.

When I turn it on, the EZ debug lights starts lighting up on DRAM and then quickly switches to CPU for 1 secons or less, then switches back to DRAM for 2 seconds, and then back and forth.

Edit: I also checked out https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/42440-readme-how-to-respond-to-a-no-post-or-no-power-up-situation/
and the steps is similar to the ones I did use from here, but I tried them again, just to be sure, still no result :(

Specs:

MSI Z270 tomahawk
Samsung Evo 960 m.2
i5-7600k kabylake
MSI GTX1070 armor OC 8GB
2x8gb hyper fury 2666mhz
600w coolermaster psu
Corsair hydro H45 cpu cooler
2x coolermaster silent fans 120mm
And a Corsair pwr fan 120mm

I really hope you guys can help me, with further troubleshooting :)
