Gpu causes blackscreen during boot

Hello!
The last coupe of weeks my computer has just booted into a blackscreen after the windows boot animation. To get around this i have to go into safe mode and reinstall the gpu driver everytime i boot. The gpu then works until next boot. I have allready done a clean installation of windows. The GPU is a GTX 970. I did a boot log, and it seems that the gpu driver is just causing an infinite loop of not being loaded:

(This just repeats until i turned the computer off)
Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this?
