Looking for a solid mid budget 1150 Motherboard

Im looking for a solid 1150 socket mobo that can handle a gtx 1080, i7 4790 (non k), 8gb of ddr3 1600hz hyper x fury and was hoping was people with similar builds and experience could suggest some good mobos in the price range of AUS$100 - $150.
I've got a 750w psu and dont really care about hard drives and ssd's.
Also how is this build? Do these parts go well together? is the ram gonna bottleneck the system and if so how much? (Im pretty sure the answer to this one is yes but i thought i'd ask anyway)

BEWARE of the fact that the two suggestions you've received do not offer returns. At the same time they are not allowed to sell junk. I offer it because it's been and still is serving me well with my 4690K. I didn't want a cheaper micro-atx or cheaper board that lacks the passive VRM cooler and the smaller boards only have 2 RAM slots. It also allows for OC'ing.

The RAM MIGHT cause some issues. That all depends on the game or app in question and its settings. Some games and programs are fine with 8GB RAM. You might, MIGHT have to reduce some settings to avoid pagefile usage.

Is the MSI PcMate Z97 available in your area. Preferred retailer?
