Hi
I have windows 7 32 bit install in my pc
with Intel core 2 duo processor E7500 @ 2.94GHz
4 GB DDR3 ram
Intel GMA X4500 Graphics
and PSU=500W
I have a pre build PC Compaq Presario CQ3250IX

I don't see why not, the motherboard has the requisite x16 graphics slot.

FWIW, the 64 bit version of GT730 is faster than the 128 bit version.
64 bit version has more CUDA cores.

But gt 730 has a DDR 5 2 GB graphics but my ram is 2 GB DDR 3 .
Dose graphic card depend upon ram DDR version

The type of ram that a graphics card uses resides completely on the graphics card.
It has no connection at all to the type of ram that your motherboard uses.
