Hi, you can install that card on the motherboard X16 PCIE slot, however, that is a gen 2 slot and it might reduce card performance by 2-3 percent or so, which is pretty much not a meaningful number when it comes to frames per second performance when gaming and negligible.

What's more, what PSU do you have?

You current card does not need a PCIE power connector but some RX 560s have a 6-pin auxiliary PCIE power connector and need a 6-pin from the PSU.

If you have a good/reliable 450W PSU with at least one 6-pin PCIE power connector/cable you're good to go.
