Can I replace my motherboard without losing my data?

You will likely need to do a full reinstall of the OS. And everything else.
When changing motherboards, there is absolutely zero guarantee of it simply "working".
None.
There are three possible outcomes:
1. It simply 'just works'.
2. It fails horribly, and does not boot. At all.
3. It works, but you find lingering issues later.
There is no magic bullet to make it 'just work.
For a motherboard swap, a clean install is highly recommended, often required.
Also, what OS is this? Licensing/activation issues may come into play.
