While trying to wake up my PC I was getting Blue Screen error with a message "Critical Process Died", "Page Fault in Nonpaged Area", "Unexpected Store Exception", etc.

I contacted Microsoft tech and one of their people remotely accessed the PC and tried uninstalling and re-installing the display driver, Updating the OS, etc. He suggested me to download a fresh copy of windows and do a fresh install without attaching any additional hardware which I did but it did not get fixed.

I haven't seen the Blue Screen error for the past few days but it takes time for the PC to wake up and sometimes the display won't turn on and I have to reboot the PC by pressing the physical Restart button.

Now the critical issue is that the Photoshop crashes often while trying to open or save a file.

What I have done so far:
1. Downloaded windows ISO file using Windows media creator tool and did a fresh install without attaching any additional hardware except USB keyboard and mouse.

2. Did a Memory Diagnostic with built in tool.

3. I used CrystalDiskInfo to check the health of the disk and they all returned Good.

4. I also did a test using Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and they passed.

I have uploaded all the dump file and screenshots at https://1drv.ms/f/s!AgPjopu3M8KOgZJNyIzLqZxzcj1ibA

I am hoping that someone here might be able to help me identify the cause of the issue.
