Hi, I recently build a PC using used parts. Computer runs fine when I am just doing internet task. However whenever I start gaming about 15-20mins in the screen and audio would stutter and the display would go black. Audio would still play and the computer seems to be on just the display will have nothing (monitor light is blue when there is signal, turns orange when it doesnt).

At this point I can only do a hard reset to get back on. I use NZXT Cam software to monitor temp and GPU seems to say around 72* during my short gaming session. All drivers are updated to the latest. No overclocking except XMP profile is enabled.

All parts are used except for the PSU.

CPU: i7-4770K (not overclocked)
MOBO: Asus Z87 Pro
Memory: Corsair Vengence Pro 16GB 11-13-13-31
GPU: EVGA GTX 980 FTW (not overclocked)
PSU: Seasonic M12II 520W

Solution
I'd suspect the videocard. Trying running a stress test like Furmark to see if it still does it even when not gaming. Use another program, like MSI Afterburner, to double check the temperatures and clockspeeds.
