I've recently bought the last components for my new pc, I've put everything together and tried to start it but the light on component's rgb just flickers for a split of second and then it just stops,
Components:
Cpu: i7 7700k
Cooler: corsair hydro h115i extreme performance
Motherboard: gigabyte z-270-Gaming K3
Memory RAM: hyperX predator 8gb DDR4 3000MHz x2
Video card: msi gtx 1070 gaming x
Hdd: Seagate barracuda 1tb 7200 rpm 64mb
Power supply: super flower lradex silver 90%efficiency 80+ 650w
Case: NZXT h440
Does anyone know what could be the problem and how could I fix it ?

I have tried what you suggested me , but no luck, the psu is sufficient, I've tried my luck with the speakers but no beeps came out, the only signals were flashes from the led on the mobo. i've submitted a ticket to gigabyte but there I am , almost 4 days and no response.
Anyway, yesterday I got sick of waiting and searched on the internet every single detail I could get about the motherboard, it seems it is very ram sensitive and after I've got more info on my ram , it seems I've made a mistake, when I vhange my ram option I was so exvited about the lowered price that Iforgot to check if it's dual channels. Also the motherboard seems to be unable to find the ram if it's only one and it's not in slot #2

Also sorry for the downvote, missclicked and I can't seem to be able to change that
