Hello , so since i got my Toshiba satellite l50-b i've having problems with graphics ( Low fps , fps dropps) so many formus suggested a bios update so i did it , the problem is there now more lags.
But the cpu was already underperfoming even before the bios update , i tried to stress it with CPUZ
but nothing the core speed seems to be locked at 798 Mhz with 8.0 multiplier which so low for an I7. so i'm here today looking for help to unlock the cpu ( i tried to change from windows 10 to windows 7 , i cant change nothing in the bios because there's nothing about the cpu in there )

Ram : 8gb
runs on windows 10 64 bit
