See as your processor is a quad core and you are using a gtx 1060 6gb which is a heavy graphic card. when you perform heavy task a lot of load generate in your PC. Like consider you have 4 roads when you play games a lot of trafic generates there so due to that your PC can not hold all these traffic and automatically shutdown or freeze. To solve this problem i recommended you to buy a processor which handle all this like a 8 core processor.

I do not think that is the problem. 4 Cores are still plenty for today and jumping to an 8 core is not exactly the most viable option.

Okay, I think it could be a bunch of different things.

First:
It could be your Memory sticks. You do not know if it is the memory that is bad until the last moment. Try running Memtest on each of the sticks to see how it is. One of the sticks may be bad.

Second:
It could be dust. While your temps may seem okay, I doubt it. Try cleaning out your PC with compressed air cans, and clean out the dust thoroughly.

Third:
This may seem random but this helped me in a similar situation before. My Nvidia and Realtek audio drivers would interfere with each other and used to cause crashes all the time. As such, try updating those drivers.

Try these and then let us know.

My hunch is that it would either be most likely a memory compatibility issue or an issue with your cpu.
Are you on the latest Bios update for your board?

Have you set your memory to run with XMP profile enabled?

You can also try resetting the bios to default settings.
