Zune software download web address that actually works

Read one of Tom's Hardware forum contributors (for Windows Vista actually) and was told to go to Device Manager and delete all the root usbs. I had seven. I deleted all the usbs that had "root" in the name then restarted my computer. And Wamo! Now the Zune software works and the computer sees my device. Using Windows 7.
Device manager > delete all usb roots > restart computer. Works!!!!
