PSU: Corsair TX650W GPU: EVGA 1070 Ti CPU: i5-3470 @ 3.20Ghz RAM: 16GB 1600 DDR3 MOBO: DH77KC
I decided wanted a new 1440p monitor and with that it was time to upgrade the Radeon 7950 GPU. I picked up the new hardware, uninstalled old drivers, installed new drivers. When i boot up Overwatch I notice some lower frame rate and choppiness. when I get into a game I am down to 5 FPS, sound is clipping, games are unplayable. Destiny 2 is worse. below is a video of what Destiny looks and sounds like.
