Absolute newbie here. Grabbed a new video card today. Not sure if its my psu or my motherboard that won't allow me to get past the BIOS.
New video card: Asus Geforce Gtx 1060 6GB OC
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
Processor: Intel i5-3450 @ 3.10Ghz
Memory: 8G
Old Video Card: GTX 550 Ti
Getting stuck on the BIOS screen and cant access any further functions.
