CPU Box arrived completely damaged. Who do I talk to?

This is the condition both boxes arrived in. To be totally honest, I feel like the CPU within the box is slightly damaged because of this, but I cannot test it since this is the first part that I purchased for my new PC.

When I contacted newegg about it, all they did was put in a claim with this picture for me and now I have to wait a few days for them to respond. Is there nothing else I can do to fix this?

This is between you, Newegg, and whoever delivered it. UPS/Fedex/USPS.
You've already opened a claim with Newegg, as is the correct thing to do.

All you can do is wait a bit.
And since you don't have the other parts anyway...patience.
