Psu rails, amps, volts, watt

I am looking for a psu to build a gaming PC, however there are factors like watt, rails, amps and volt output about which I am concerned,
The things I know :
Single rail is better for a gaming PC and enough for general use,
Usage Upto 60% usage of the total watt rating,
Does amp and volt output also matters, or I can get away with it by selecting a good watt output psu as they all are interlinked?

Capable usage of quality PSUs are atleast 100%.

Every PSU will deliver the same (roughly) voltage to the same connectors. AMPs * Volts = Wattage. The more amps a PSU can supposedly deliver, the higher the wattage it can deliver.

With PSUs, the quality can't be found in the specifications alone. There are factors such as component quality, build quality, load regulation, ripple, protections, etc, which can only be found from professional reviews.
