I have problem i buy new graphic carf msi gtx 1050ti x gaming i turn on computer after 5 sec tur on gpu fans and no sginal, someone help me?

I just saw a video of a pc with your cpu and gpu, GTA 5 running High settings, it was getting 60 fps. I don't think it's your cpu. Do you have MSI Afterburner? If not install it and watch the temperatures.
