Maybe $100 but most likely less. Win 7 ultimate? Was that purchased? Somehow doubt it so it doesn't add any value.

32bit OS? That's XP territory and not Win 7 territory.

4GB RAM? That was fine a decade or so ago. It's fine for those who only browse, play music and navigate social media sites. 8GB was becoming the norm with 7. Now 16GB is becomming the standard.

Integrated GPU? No value.

Easiest way to possibly determine value is to search for your PC's make and model number over at eBay. After you do that scroll down and click on SOLD LISTINGS. You might...

Sell the PC or the CPU? First, no i3 is 32bit. They are all 64bit CPUs. You might have a hack copy of win7 ultimate running on it in 32bit mode, but the CPU will handle 64bit OS just fine. NOTHING in that PC is high end. Not even your hack/downloaded copy of windows. $20 for the CPU, $100 for the entire PC. It's old low end junk.
