Thinking about buolding a 4k capable PC. How efficient is this build in terms of price to performance. Are there any suggestions or changed that I should make?

All looks good. Why not get the i5 8600 K instead of the 7600K. It is a newer platform and more cores around slight more costs.
And a Z370 motherboard would be costing a bit more.
But since this is a new build getting the 8th Gen platform would be better. Remaining parts are fine, but getting a 650 watt Bronze PSU is recommended over the 520 Bronze. Bronze means less efficiency and since your CPU is overclockable and you are getting the GTX 1080, more power headroom is advised.

Awesome thanks for the recommendation, I upgraded to a 650w gold psu since it was also fully modular. Do you have any recommendations about a Mobo ? . I'm also most likely going to need a wfi adapter on it . Thanks for the help!

Sure buddy. Some good yet not very expensive versions of Z370 motherboards are Gigabyte H3Dp, MSI Krait and MSI Aorus:

Also, do check ASrock and ASUS ones. :)
