Can I play farcry primal in Nvidia gt 520 2GB

GT 520 as well as your CPU are very weak. You might get 25-30 FPS on the lowest setting at 720p but I doubt you'll be able to crack any higher than that

Not enough information to identify the CPU as there have been 20 years of Athlon CPUs and more than one run at 3.5 GHz. But regardless of which one you have, running Far Cry Primal, you're likely to be somewhere around 5 FPS. You really need a gaming GPU of some type rather than a basic display GPU to play AAA games past around 2010 or so.

The Nvidia GT 520 is the same as the GT 610. Both use the GF119 core (48 shaders, 8 texture units, 4 render units) clocked at 810 MHz, 1620 MHz shader, 1000-1800 MHz memory. Nvidia is constantly releasing new cores, and if one comes towards the end of a certain gen (like the GT 520), they may re-release it under a model number for the next gen so people don't get the wrong impression that it's somehow obsolete.
