Hello, to start off:

Something had happened to my gaming desktop so I had to factory reset everything since I couldn't seem to fix the problem for days.

I've tried installing all latest Win10 updates, as well as updating LAN drivers.

I've also tried to install updates by using the disc given with the desktop when I first bought it.

I am using this desktop: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuypower-desktop-intel-core-i5-7400-16gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1060-120gb-solid-state-drive-2tb-hard-drive-black-red/5600201.p?skuId=5600201

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!

So it appears that you are using WiFi, try using the Ethernet port. Try by buying long enough patch cable and running it to your router. Let's see what happens.

Ok, from what I could see the factory reset did nothing with your internet connection. Can you make sure that you are connected over Ethernet or WiFi. Chances are you have setup WiFi and therefore it is not connected to Ethernet.
The other situation is that your Ethernet cable came loose. Ensure that the Ethernet cable is plugged into the right jack in your rear IO. Once that is done, turn off WiFi. Lastly, make sure you are using CAT 5E cable. Using Cat 4 or lower will result in a slow connection. Please reply if you are still stuck and I will be happy to assist you further.

In my house, we have 4 other computers that are connected without any problems, and also phone devices are connected. My PC is upstairs, but even when I bring it down to test the signal, it's still as weak as it was upstairs.
I have made sure all wires and cables are not loose.

I have read a few thread that does have the same problem I did after factory reset, but could not seem to get it fixed. unfortunately.

Thank you so much for the suggestion though!
