Hi,

So, I need a decent mixer that's affordable. I can justify the higher prices based on ROI that I get out of the device.

Basically, I have 2 monitors that currently extend each other. When I want to use my ps4 or nintendo switch, I have those hooked to a hdmi splitter to get the video, but I have no easy option to merge the audio into my headset. I tried using creative cabling but I have not had much luck.

I figured I would need external hardware which is where I am at now. I just need something very simple. I am not an audio professional so a lot of the mixers I've been looking at are very complicated. I just want to connect the audio from my ps4 and from my pc into the mixer and then output it to my headset.

This is the simplest one I could find but I have no idea where to put what cables. Are there any other recommendations or does someone think that is simple enough and know how to use it. I have 2 headsets. 1 has dual wires for audio output/chat and 1 has a usb connection. I prefer the dual wires and I don't use the microphone so both wires are not mandatory.

Thank you.

Edit: I switched a cable from my monitor/3.5mm splitter to ps4 controller/3.5mm splitter and it works but there is static and I believe a mixer can eliminate that static?
