RAID drive keeping format information

I have 3 SSD's in my system. Two were carried over from a previous computer in RAID0, they don't hold the OS.

My new computer is set up in AHCI, it recognizes all the drives. Now, the problem is, I'm only able to save on RAID'ed drives up to the volume of one of the SSD's. Going into Disk Management, it shows my OS drive, and the other drive being ~500GB and having ~250 free, but I'm unable to write on the other 250.

I've went into the BIOS to make the storage system in RAID, coupled those drives and then removed them. This now showed both of my drives in Disk Management, however one was showing up as the normal 250GB and the other was showing up as ~500GB, with some extra partition stuff on it.

I cleaned away the partitions so now I'm left with a blank 250GB drive and a 500 GB drive (this one being the funky one). They're both the exact same drive.

Is there any way to make the funky 500GB drive back to normal? I'm assuming its some weird ghosting of the RAID data, but I'm not sure.

Solution
I figured it out. After removing the OK drive and switching from AHCI to RAID, coupling the previously coupled RAID drives and uncoupling them it seemed to remove all the formatting finally.

4 hours later, it finally works!
