I am planning on doing a water cooling build with a 360mm eximoSX Slim and a 120mm eximoSx. I am also planning on using a phanteks water block for both my cpu and gpu. I was wondering if the mix of the brass/copper radiator will cause galvanic corrosion with the Nickel plated copper base for both the cpu and gpu.

Thanks to all that answer!

Solution
nickel and copper/brass are "compatible" metals. so the galvanic corrosion rate is so slow, that can be simply ignored.
there are other metals in the same group like silver that can be used together.
What should not be used together is aluminum and copper/brass.

As a side note, HWLabs radiators are best performers. you might want to check them. I personally like the XFlow rads for the convenience of filling (removing air), draining and tube routing. Alphacool makes the most compact rads in the class usually with more ports than others. The best/most advanced CPU blocks (as well as many other cool and useful parts) are coming from aquacomputer https://shop.aquacomputer.de/index.php?cPath=7_11_12
