components that I got for pc:
cpu: AMD ryzen 5 1600
graphics card: nvidia geforce 1060
psu: evga 850w bronze
mobo: gigabyte ga ab350
ram: corsair vengeance 2x4gb=8

In depth explanation of what is happening: I get no signal from the gpu or the motherboard to the monitor. Along with this when I plug in the power source I can only use the switch on the back of the pc to turn on the pc and turn the pc off. I have used vga and hdmi (neither has a spot for a vga cable) neither one got anything. There is a red light by the top right of the mobo that says "cpu" now that signifies something is wrong with the cpu, so I take out the cpu make sure I didn't have a bent cable thing and to make sure every screw was as tight as possible. I have done a lot of research on this and I have been very stumped on it aswell, now there is a reddit thread that sais that many people using ryzen cpu and the gigabyte mobo are having issues similar to this but I have tried every fix that these people seem to offer to others.
Things I have done to try and fix:
1) resetting bios via battery and the 2 prong connector
2) taking out the cpu making sure that I have everything in correctly
3) plugged in a usb with the newest bios update for the mobo into every slot but I don't have the white usb port that will auto download the update
4) taken out ram, switched the ram around, blah blah etc
5) tried without ram or gpu or any fans plugged in
6) tried without just gpu
7) let the computer run on it's own for about an hour than tried plugging in the monitor

If anybody could help me that would be greatly appreciated before I go bring it to some place that fixes computers and spend even more money on this computer than has already been spent. I just wanna play some damn games. Thanks and greatly appreciated!!!

Hi logan :) As you have a significant number of issues, I think much has gone wrong during assembly :(

If the case power switch does not work then check cables and connections to the MB. (System panel connections).
Your GPU should have HDMI connection. The card also has displayport and DVI. Check the monitor connections. clean the GPU terminals with Isopropyl Alcohol and blow out the PCIE slots with compressed air from a cannister. Do this only with system completely shut down.
Test the monitor is functional. Test the GPU is functional in another system.
The CPU bracket has thumb screws and should only be finger tight.

The CPU_LED light on the MB is of concern if it stays on. This in itself is a major issue and will have to be sorted...

The CPU_LED light on the MB is of concern if it stays on. This in itself is a major issue and will have to be sorted first. Check there is no damage to the CPU pins and reapply TIM.
Ensure CPU cooler is attached to CPU_FAN on MB.

My recommendation: Remove the MB, PSU, GPU and Benchtest.

It is always best to Benchtest (Breadboard) the system prior to assy. In case of standoff screws shorting the MB to Case.

I know this is not what you want to here however you may spend days troubleshooting as opposed to a few hours breadboarding.
