Hello there,
I'm a PC gamer but recently I've started travelling a lot unfortunately Android games are not much fun to me, I'd like to know if there's a way to stream games on my phone using the Nvidia Shield. I do use a 4G LTE connection on a Nexus 5X

No you can't. Even if you could the phone interface would make it pretty much impossible to play any computer games. The Shield is meant to be used inside a house using the internal network.
