Hey guys I have a i5-8400 a z370 arorus ultra gaming mobo a Samsung evo 250gb 1tb HDD 1 cooler master lite 120 cpu water cooler 4 Corsair sp120 case fans 16gb ram@3000 and a 600w cooler master psu I’m curious to as if my 600w psu will be good enough if I put in a gtx 1080ti on evga I put all my specs in and it says 500-550 will be fine just wanted some other opinions as I have found a 1080ti for 600$ and I’m gonna buy it will my 600w psu be good enoUgh? I’m obviously not gonna be overclocking my cpu and the games I play o will not need to Be OC’ing the gpu one day I will get a i7-8700k not anytime soon though and when that time comes I will just uograde the psu but anyways will my 600w be good enough?

Nobody can tell you if it is "good enough" by only knowing it is 600w. That can mean a unit that says 600w but can only really supply 450w or it can mean a unit that is 600w but in reality can actually do more like 700w because it is well built. Knowing the model number and brand of your unit is the only way we can recommend whether it is wise to use that unit with your proposed very expensive graphics card or not.

You definitely don't want to be using ANY kind of cheap power supply with that card unless you just have money to be throwing away. What is the EXACT model number as listed on the label on the PSU?

it’s a cooler master master lite 600w found a few reviews about it seems pretty solid and also found a review where a guy used it as a back up while his other psu was on An RMA and he ran a 7700k oced and a 1080ti
