Hi my computer will shut down randomly while gaming, browsing or watching videos. It won't turn back on after 15-30mins after pressing the power button and also when I'm powering it on after it shuts down the fans will only work for about half a second then nothing happens. I have already tested the psu in a voltmeter and the voltages are stable, I have also removed the graphics card but still the problem is there. I am currently using the on board graphics since my friend suggested that I should not use the gpu at the moment thinking that it has been damaged. I don't have a spare True-rated Power supply what I have here is only a generic psu(non-branded), I don't wanna test the generic psu since I know it's not a good psu. Any help would be nice

CPU: Intel Core i5 4590 @ 3.3 GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeange 4GBx2 @ 1866 MHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3
GPU: Sapphire R9 285 Dual-X OC Version
PSU: Cooler Master V750 Semi Modular
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 128gb
HDD: Seagate ST1000DM003 1TB
Case: NZXT H440
EDIT1: The temperatures are fine cpu is at 33 while idle and 65 max while gaming when fully stressed, GPU temps are 40 idle and the max temp that I saw was 76 degrees celsius
