i currently have a sapphire r9280x card but my PSU burnt due to shortcircuit. i do have an extra 450W psu (coolermaster) but i don't think it can handle r9280x. my friend's giving me a gtx 1050ti in exchange of my r9280x. so my question is that should i consider gtx 1050ti or should i buy a new decent psu? Thank you.
