Help me choosing GPU for my old pc

Hello guys,

I have old PC, but i have no Video card in it, so i want to buy best GPU with my build.

I have :
P5kPL AM-in-roem-si , so i think it works on PCI 1.0 slot
E8400 3.0 GHZ
2x2 800Mhz ram
Good PSU

What is best solution ?

No budget limit.

Two paths, CPU plus GPU upgrade or just GPU

Get an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 from Ebay or some other used outlet

Pair this with a GTX 1050 Ti, I would just get the cheapest, they all have similar performance
