What will I need to upgrade for 4k Gaming

What will I need to upgrade to be able to play 4k gaming 60 fps mid-high settings?

Case: NZXT Phantom 240
CPU: Intel i5-4460 3.20 GHz
RAM: 8GB Single-Channel DDR3 @798 MHz
PSU: 400W
GPU: GTX 750 TI
Mobo: Intel B85M-D3V
Storage: 1TB
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Monitor: Samsung 4k 60Hz TV

If it cost more than $700, I will be fine with 2k.

Note: My grandpa fixed PCs for a living. After he passed away I got to look through his office and pick out some parts. I found a 600W Power supply, but I havent tested if it works yet.

You definitly will, first the GPU can go through but you'll need a way better GPU, even for 2k a 750ti will just be enough, if i were you i'd go for a 1080(ti) or a 1070ti. And you'll need to upgrade ram. You...

You definitly will, first the GPU can go through but you'll need a way better GPU, even for 2k a 750ti will just be enough, if i were you i'd go for a 1080(ti) or a 1070ti. And you'll need to upgrade ram. You could go overkill and buy 32GB total as DDR3 1600mhz is really cheap atm. I think if you get the right prices you'll be able to do it under 700$
Note: If the 600w power supply doesn't work you'll need to replace that to. When you buy a new one make sure it has the right cables for MB, GPU and CPU
