What should I upgrade now?

CPU: AMD FX 8320
GPU: GTX 960

I want to upgrade my PC so that I can get better fps on games like PUBG, but I don't have enough money to upgrade both at the same time, so I need an opinion whether to upgrade my CPU first or my GPU first. For a CPU I was going to get an i7 7700k (I know I will need new ram and motherboard as well) and for GPU I was going to get a GTX 1070 or a 1070TI

Well if i were you i would upgrade GPU to a 1070ti, but make sure you have 8+ gigs of ram otherwise you'll have a weird glitch where the houses are not loading in. Processor won't make to much of a difference.

Yes, I have 16GB of DDR3 RAM.
