Dear all,
I have been struggling with this issue for the past month. My SSD has been working fairly well since 4 years but after a recent powercut it does not seem to function anymore. I can connect it and it will detect along with the first files and folders. Howerver when im trying to access the folders, or format the card even with windows setup formatting tool, or checking for errors and anything that tries to use the drive, my computer freezes until I disconnect the SSD. I have tried on many computers but with no success. There is no warranty left. Is it possible to revive the drive? I don't care about the files anymore at this point. Thank you very much

Drive is a OCZ vertex 4
Computer specs are:
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
CPU i5 3570k
MOBO ASROCK Z77 Extreme 4
8gb ram
now using 2 slow Harddisk

Drive is healthy at 100% man. However when I try to format using the OCZ Tool my computer just freezes again.
