what i know , here in my country and at least the same in europe ,, it gets expensive when the schools start in autumn and then it starts to drop till the next autumn .
regarding cheap and expensive , well you gotta pick your parts and don't be a brand fanboy ... i myself have a cheap case but i'm using msi 1080 watercooled gpu .. some people insist on having a samsung evo pro what not but my adata ssd does the same job . that's what i mean . i have a generic psu too people would tell you that's not good , but unless you ;re into sli / crossfire you only need the wattage not brand name .. chinese gamestrom coolers does the same job as a corsair , maybe even better cause a radiator is not hi tech

i'm not quite positive on how things work in america , how christmas affect prices .. but a cheap build is only good for counter strike global offensive
