3 questions about this laptop in case somebody knows, cause Asus live chat rep seem clueless!

Model in question:

https://www.asus.com/Laptops/ASUS-VivoBook-14-X442UQ/

1. Can this notebook take m.2 drive?

2. Also, can it take a DVD caddie to put a second hard disk?

3. Also, does opening the laptop to substitute HDD with SSD void warranty?

If anybody knows it would be great;)

if it takes ssd's it should be on the back of it .. a plastic part to remove and insert an ssd . otherwise you have to use an hdd caddy to place an ssd in place of your optical drive .. m.2 is a smaller ssd

I don't know what it will look like because I'm ordering online, no picture of the bottom of the notebook and new model.

It does say SSD, but SSD can be both a square disk and NVME or m.2 right?

Not the same asus, but i have the asus g53s 15" laptop. It had a second drive bay and i was able to put in a second hard m2 ssd drive. The best option is to check specs of the laptop, or open it up if feasible. My warranty period was over, so I wasnt worried about that.

Yes, I saw that, but maybe crucial made a mistake?

The guy on Asus chat says it can, and guy in shop also, but I don't trust either!
