Hey guys I have bought a BitFenix Alchemy Multisleeved Molex To 3 Fan Adapter Cable (12v) in red because the Colour I have asked for was out of stock (white) I need to know can I spray paint it white If I want too is it fine....

You can, but if you start to flex the cable around to much the paint will start to crack and chip off.

Use plastidip and you should be fine.
Regular paint makes wires sticky and it never dries.

Plastidip seems great... The problem is that I live in South Africa I cannot seem to find it anywhere...
