I am really angry. I only need one more thing for my pc, the CPU cooler. It arrived today, and I plugged it in. I go to check my thermals and it shows 94° STABLE, it doesn't go up to 94.xxx°, just 94. It says that the fan is running at around 2500rpm. My CPU is an I5 4440, the fan is an intel stock cooler (New) and the Motherboard is an AsRock H81M-HDS R2.0. Please help.

It is brand new and had the original thermal paste that comes with intel coolers.

Gotcha, I recommend aftermarket coolers. Does your case have good airflow and cable management? How many case fans do you have? Is it running at 96 no matter what application you are trying to run, if any?

+1. Pre-applied thermal paste doesn't cover the whole area unfortunately.

I use the "credit-card" method to apply a full, thin layer of paste to any CPUs im installing. Have done for years, and it works flawlessly. I don't trust the "grain of rice, and applied pressure" method to cover the whole top surface of the CPU.
;)
