Hello there!
I'm planing to buy low budget multipurpose Desktop PC. I would use it for Gaming and Programming.
I planned the following specifications:

  • Intel Core i5 3rd Generation
    16 GB DDR 3
    NVIDA GTX 760 Ti 2GB
    SATA HD 1TB
I have the following Questions.

  • My Question is which one of these ( Processor, RAM & HD) plays role in High speed performance?
  • Further, what is the impact of Higher Graphic card on Speed? like what if I increase my Graphic card from 760 to 1080 Ti?
  • Should I have to upgrade Processor and RAM too?

Kindly clear me my confusion.

Your suggestion of Buying Low Budget PC will be highly appreciated.

PS: Regards :)

What is "high speed performance"? If you're doing lots of programming and care about compile speed, having a fast CPU with lots of cores is most important, followed by RAM.

Stronger GPU is more important for gaming. It allows you to play at higher settings/resolution and/or higher fps (as long as your CPU can keep up).

As said above, that platform is a little outdated. Unless you're getting a really good deal on a refurb or used parts, I feel like you may be better off getting a more modern platform.
