Going to start my first build soon, do I need to buy more case fans?

Hello! I will try to keep this short and sweet, but I am starting my first PC build sometime this week. I am building inside of the white Phanteks p400s Tempered Glass case. It comes with 2 stock fans, 1 exhaust and 1 intake (if I'm not mistaken). I am also using a CRYORIG H7 CPU fan cooler.

The problem is this.

I have been reading about negative and positive air pressure and dust when it comes to cases and how you should have a good ratio between intake and exhaust fans to minimize dust. So I have the stock exhaust fan as 1, I will be aiming my CPU fan cooler towards the exhaust fan, so acting like another exhaust which makes 2, and I've read that the PSU also acts as an exhaust fan, which could make 3.

And there's only 1 stock intake fan...

So should I buy more case fans to balance out the air pressure? Or would I be fine. If I need to buy more case fans how many should I buy and which ones should I buy? I don't want anything that expensive, just a fan that is in the $5-$15 dollar range.

You can only have as many case fans as you have the mounts for. And you have to make sure the case fans fit the mounts in your case. So if your case only has say 3 x 140mm front mounts, and 2 x 140mm top mounts, those are the fans that you should buy. So waiting until you get your case is what I usually suggest.
