Save off $73 while upgrading the PSU to a better one. Better cooler. Also faster ram and two sticks so you can run it in dual-channel mode. A good video card (two fans, not as loud as single fans/minis)

Room for improvement on price, get the Seasonic 520w bronze for $30 less.
Room for improvement on performance. Get Corsair LPX 3000 ram or faster, get a Samsun m.2 boot disk,
Room for improvement on over clocking. Get a better cooler like the Noctua NH-D15s.
