This is my motherboard: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H110M-A-rev-10#ov

I checked the QVL and this ram is compatible with my motherboard
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA85V3RM0431&cm_re=f4-2133c15d-16gvr-_-20-231-884-_-Product

But this ram is on sale for cybermonday. and the only difference is 2400mhz and the PC4-19200
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231888&ignorebbr=1

would it still be compatiable. I want to buy the one thats on sale. Thank you!

This information is incorrect and I have hence removed the best answer.

The user has an H110 Motherboard which handles a maximum speed of DDR4-2133mhz ram. DDR4-2400 WILL NOT perform any better as it cannot run any faster than 2133mhz.

Please do not respond to threads unless you know the information you are providing.

both the memory are supported but you should go for G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 the sec option as it give you more performance because of higher frequency

Maybe you can't read properly it is clearly mentioned that it supports both 2400/2133mz module link-https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H110M-A-rev-10#sp

Please try to read properly

I can read properly, while it supports 2400 mhz ram it's an H110 chipset board which natively runs the ram at 2133 mhz as it has no ability to overclock the memory to 2400, because it's a locked chipset. You would know this if you knew what you were talking about.

Qualified Vendors List (QVL), Model Name: GA-H110M-A DDR4 2400MHz (downgrades to DDR4 2133MHz) :)

Wrong , if you read the QVL list it states it supports , but down clocks it to 2133mhz.

I know that and I suggest that ram because it was on sale and it was a bit cheaper than 2133hz ram set

No, you don't know that and that is not why you suggested it. You suggested it because

as it give you more performance because of higher frequency

Your words taken directly from your post above. So now you've gone out an insulted someone who corrected your misinformation, and on top of that are lying to save face when the evidence to show it is directly above your lie. So again, maybe take a little break and learn about what you are talking about before posting. It's our job as moderators here to stop people like you from spreading misinformation.

Ok I understand but still i wrote what I read on the gigabyte site.
You can also read it.

Memory
2 x DDR4 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory
* Due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed.
Dual channel memory architecture
Support for DDR4 2400/2133 MHz memory modules
Support for ECC UDIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8 memory modules (operate in non-ECC mode)
Support for non-ECC UDIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8/1Rx16 memory modules
(Please refer "Memory Support List" for more information.)

This is directly from gigabyte site
And I apologize for what I wrote rogue leader

You have to go 1 step further and on the QVL memory page it states that all 2400 modules will down clock to 2133. Supports 2400 YES , will it run at 2400 , NO. You need to make sure you give the OP this info , so he doesn't have 2400 expectations in mind when making the purchase.

Would there be any problems if the ram downgrades?
