Is this PSU enough?

I want to upgrade my graphics to an EVGA GTX 1050ti SC, but first I need to upgrade my power supply and I wanted to make sure this Power Supply is good, and if I should buy the 430w and save some cash, or go ahead and spend extra to get the 520w. Thank You! :)

Nowadays, that PSU ins't good looking at it's price and quality.

It is an overall mediocre unit, with an old group regulated design and poor protections. Only pro is the japanese caps.

The CX450M is a much better choice if you can find it at the same price or less.

Would there be any difference in this and the regular non-modular one other than it being non-modular?
